- MSc Strength and Conditioning

- Level 3 iTec in Sports Massage

- IFAIF (introduction to first aid in football)

- CPR trained

I am a keen athlete and studying at Loughborough University allowed me to broaden my expertise ranging in numerous sports such as football, rugby, golf and tennis.

I aim to bridge the gap between both rehabilitation and performance.
